Founded in 1886, the Concord Museum is a repository of local history and a gateway to the town of Concord. It educates visitors from around the world about the history of Concord and its continuing influence on American political, literary and cultural life through permanent and changing exhibits, educational programs and publications. Its collection contains a range of unique items from the area, including a Paul Revere lantern; many objects that once belonged to Henry David Thoreau; a reproduction of Ralph Waldo Emerson’s study; and furniture, artwork, and objects from the colonial era on.

This pass is a laminated pass that is checked out and must be returned.  Once reserved, you may pick up the pass either the day of use or the day before if the library is open.  Check with the museum for any additional information about your visit including safety guidelines and timed ticketing requirements.  Each pass admits up to 4 people at $5 off per person from the regular admission price.

Cannot be combined with other discounts. Not valid for member pricing.

Acton's Discovery Museum, located on a 4-acre campus, is aimed at providing an environment in which play becomes a conduit for learning about science, technology, and nature. The museum’s building contains a number of galleries dedicated to teaching scientific concepts in a fun, hands-on environment, as well as themed play spaces for younger visitors. Outdoors, Discovery Woods includes a nature playscape with a cargo net climb, nest swing and beaver lodges, as well as a treehouse with an observation deck and a bouncy bridge. There are opportunities to practice orienteering with provided maps and instructions on trails on the property. A museum shop is on the premises. The museum building is fully ADA compliant, with exhibits based on Universal Design principles.

This pass admits 3 visitors at 1/2 price admission per person; any additional visitors must pay the regular admission price. 

Your confirmation e-mail will allow you to print the Library pass or show it on your phone. This pass is NOT a reservation. 

Museum tickets should be reserved on the Discovery website at discoveryacton.org or by phone.  Your tickets are only valid for the date and time you reserve.

No payment will be collected online, you will pay when you arrive. Present the Library pass to Admissions staff when checking in and the discount will be applied to the cost of your visit.

Pass Benefits

This one-day Library Partner Admission Pass admits 1 vehicle OR up to 4 people to a Mass Audubon wildlife sanctuary. At some sanctuaries there is a $2 admission fee per visitor over the age of 2. 

Your confirmation e-mail will allow you to print out your pass. Pass must be presented to Mass Audubon staff upon arrival for your wildlife sanctuary visit and is only valid for the date printed on your pass.

Please note that not all wildlife sanctuaries are open, and that all buildings, including most bathrooms, are presently closed. Some sanctuaries require reservations before visiting. Please visit https://www.massaudubon.org/get-outdoors  for the latest information on which sanctuaries are open for visitation. 

For sanctuaries that require reservations, passes should be requested several days in advance for the date you wish to visit, to increase the likelihood that tickets will still be available for that date. Mass Audubon does not guarantee access on any specific date/time if tickets are not available.

DCR Parks pass allows one car unlimited day-use parking access to state park facilities that charge a parking fee. (Not valid for parking at Quabbin Reservoir, Sqantum Point, North Point, Draw Seven Commuter Lots or for camping.)

DeCordova is now partnered with the Trustees of Reservations. This pass admits patrons into DeCordova at a reduced admission for 2 adults and 2 children (under 17 yrs of age).  For DeCordova, you must purchase timed tickets at https://thetrustees.org/place/decordova/
